YFM 99.2 ao vivo

YFM is an Urban Contemporary radio station broadcasting from Johannesburg using the frequency 99.2 FM. It is also available on channel 859 on DSTv and via online live streaming. 

This station presents a fresh profile directed to a young, imaginative and ambitious audience, with the Y in its name standing for "Youth". Its programming is comprised of 80% music and 20% talk, offering a line-up with music shows that play selected mixes from its in-house team of DJs and talk shows that provide a touch of entertainment to the broadcast. Kwaito, Hip Hop, and R&B are the main genres played in this station and its Amapiano Hour every day at 6 pm is especially popular with the audience. YFM also features competitions throughout its programming.

This radio station is also renowned for its initiative Y Academy that provides radio training for a selected number of interns every year.
